Sporting Club Portugal – Fútebol, SAD (hereinafter Sporting SAD or Sociedade), informs under the Terms and for the purposes of compliance with the information obligation arising from the provisions of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, of the European Parliament and the Council of 16 April, which has reached an agreement with Fulham Football Club for the definitive transfer of the sporting rights to Joao Maria Lobo Alves Balenha.

Given the transfer, Sporting SAD is entitled to an amount of €22,000.000.00 (Twenty Two Million Euro), of which 20,000,000.00 (Twenty Million Euro) is fixed and up to €2,000,000.00 (Twenty Two Million) of a maximum value that varies by objectives.

In addition, the company has the right to receive the corresponding amount of 10% of the capital gain resulting from the future transfer. It is also informed that Sporting SAD will bear the brokerage services fee related to the above-mentioned transfer equivalent to 10% of its value, deducted from the amount related to the mechanism.
