Portuguese rider Miguel Oliveira (KTM) considered taking a “step forward” in the RC16 settings on Saturday for the German MotoGP GP, which he will start from 14th place. The Portuguese driver, despite remaining in the first qualifying stage, Q1, was sixth fastest in the fourth session of free practice, indicating that he has a good racing speed.
