TheIntelligence said on Tuesday that the Kremlin was planning an attack on uninhabited areas.
According to information gathered, about 3,500 buildings were destroyed in the Chernihiv region during the advance of Russian troops towards the Ukrainian capital.
80% of the buildings destroyed during this troop advance, now out of place, are registered in residential buildings.
“The increase in destruction indicates Russia’s readiness to use artillery against uninhabited areas, with minimal or no discrimination,” the statement said.
