The indie developer and YouTuber, known as Enfant Terrible, decided to imagine what the night city of a new Cyberpunk would look like if CD Projekt RED chose to produce the next title in the series in UE5. He says that both packs used to recreate the city and characters were obtained from the Epic Special Store.
