Starting today, the influenza vaccination campaign in Curitiba will be expanded to include a new priority audience: those working in the security, rescue and armed forces. This group includes: Federal, Military, Civil and Highway Police; Military and civilian firefighters and municipal guards.
The service will be for the public from Monday to Friday, in 97 health units, from 8 am to 5 pm. Titles can be viewed on Imuniza Já’s website, as of Monday.
To get vaccinated, simply go to one of the service sites and take a document with a photo and CPF, and proof of residence in Curitiba, if you are not already registered with the health unit. Professionals must also provide a document evidencing their effective affiliation with the security and rescue forces service.
On Wednesday, vaccination will be expanded in 97 health units to include teachers and workers in public and private basic and higher education.
To receive the vaccine, it will be necessary to present a document with a photo and CPF, proof of residence in Curitiba, if it is not yet registered in the health unit, as well as a document proving work in an educational institution, such as a badge, paycheck or affidavit signed by the responsible person.
On Thursday, vaccination teams from the Municipal Health Department (SMS) will carry out the scheduled vaccination of drivers and collectors of vaccinations. This audience will be vaccinated directly in the workplace.
In addition to new recruits, the units continue to serve the public who have already been called up and who have not yet requested vaccination: chronically ill people, pregnant women, postpartum women (mothers with children up to 45 days before), children aged 6 years. 5 months and under 5 years of age (4 years, 11 months and 29 days) and older people 60 years and over.
