Banco CTT will begin offering subsidized credit for the purchase of energy-efficient homes, the financial institution led by Luis Pereira Coutinho (pictured) said in a statement.
“CTT Bank is taking another step on the road to sustainability, by launching the Sustainable Housing Credit, a campaign that favors the purchase of an energy-efficient home, offering special terms on housing credit to enable nature conservation as well as installments and the energy bill in your home,” it reads in the press release.
The campaign covers the purchase of permanent housing, credit transfers, works, construction and supplemental credit related to certified energy efficiency homes (A+, A, B, B-), and offers a 0.1% discount on the spread.

According to the sent statement, “This new sustainability campaign adds to the sustainable investment product launched by Banco CTT in September 2021, and to the production of discount cards made from 100% recycled plastic.”
