The ex-wife of American billionaire Jeff Bezos has donated about 395 million euros to the non-governmental organization “Habitat for Humanity”, which builds homes for the homeless, the NGO announced Tuesday.

Much of Scott’s fortune, 51, comes from the economic benefits of his divorce from Jeff Bezos in July 2019, which earned him the equivalent of $38 billion in Amazon stock.

In December last year, Scott announced that he would stop disclosing his donations, preferring to allow recipients to do so if they wished.
