Capcom revealed a new game during State of Play on Wednesday (09). Co-op shooter Exoprimal, mech-themed, full of dinosaurs and plenty of action, had a trailer and will arrive in 2023, with versions for PS4 And the PS5.
The AI presented the title to the players by showing an area that was vacated under attack by creatures. To defend the city, the army that controls robots – ultra-strong outdoor suits – will be on the front lines. Check out the content below:
In Exoprimal, fighters will need to make an effort to fight off invading monsters, and clothing won’t suffice if the party doesn’t have a strategy to contain them. In the PS . BlogKellen Haney, Capcom’s Director of Community, said teamwork is essential in gaming:
Outside fighters alone aren’t suited to the sheer numbers of vicious dinosaurs, but their stylish and futuristic combat clothing gives them mechanical strength to take on prehistoric groups. Always outnumbered, the outer battle squads will have to organize themselves and choose a strategic mix of outfits so that they don’t lose.
The game takes place in the year 2043. After a mysterious phenomenon that shook the planet and launched endless swarms of dinosaurs into the modern world, humanity had to adapt to survive. To fight them, soldiers use super strong outerwear to put an end to the invasion.
Exoprimal will have sessions with up to five players
Exoprimal will have teams of up to five players, and each will need to act strategically to emerge victorious from the encounters. The outerwear will have distinct and useful abilities for the group to do well in matches.
Players can change their outerwear at any time during the mission, allowing teams to tweak their make-up on the fly or change things up a bit if their current style isn’t working.
Now we just have to wait for the next chapters for Capcom to reveal the final release date for the title.
