Girls and boys can be vaccinated against the human papillomavirus (HPV) in municipal schools. The vaccination will be open on Monday (7), from 9 am, at Padre Leandro Pinheiro Municipal Primary School. The target audience for the vaccination campaign are boys, aged 9-14 and girls, 11-14 years old.
sponsored by municipality Bethlehem The result of a partnership between the Municipal Departments of Health and Education, the presentation of the HPV vaccine is part of the Lilac Walk, a month dedicated to raising awareness of the importance of cervical cancer prevention and control.
Even with this intensification that will occur from March 7-16, the vaccine will continue to be offered in primary health care units in BethlehemMonday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
In the second week of September, according to Municipal Law No. 9436 of January 25, 2019, the Municipal HPV Prevention Week will be held, during which the HPV vaccination campaign will be intensified again.

- 03/11 – 9:00 AM – 2 PM – Manuela Freitas School;
- 03/14 – 9:00 to 2:00 – EMEF Bologna Park;
- 03/15 – 9:00 to 2:00 – EMEIF Inês Maroja area;
- 03/16 – 9:00 to 2:00 – Raimundo Cardoso Master School High School Lounge.
- March to September – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. – in basic health units
- Municipal HPV Prevention Week (2nd week of September) – from 8 am to 6 pm – in municipal health units and other places.
