He says they are making improvements.
Jerry Hawk, Design Officer at 343 Industries, commented on social media that he is also feeling the pain many players are experiencing with Halo Infinite’s multiplayer progression system.
Hawk says this is the top priority for the team, which is on vacation, but will be back in action soon and starting as soon as possible to prepare improvements to make the experience more satisfying.
“Yeah, I still play Halo and feel everyone’s pain about progressing,” Hawk said. “We will come back to that next week and that will be on top of my list with the team.”
The free multiplayer component was released in beta on November 15, and the team is collecting player feedback to improve it over the next few weeks.
Yes I still play Halo and feel everyone’s pain when progressing. We will be back next week and that will be on top of my list with the team.

One of the biggest problems with the Battle Pass, especially in the rewards or the slowness in leveling up, while others are complaining about the way the first special event and its rewards are presented.
Brian Garrard, Director of Communications at 343i, also responded on social media and ensured constructive feedback was heard.
“I am traveling so I am slow to respond, but please know that constructive feedback is heard loud and clear. Changes will take some time and our priority this week is to give the team a well-earned break for the holidays. After a long final run. Thank you for your understanding.”
