The number of Covit-19 cases has increased in recent days in several European countries, including the United Kingdom, Russia and Romania.
The UK had the largest increase in new Govt-19 cases in three months. In 24 hours, 45,000 infections were recorded and 57 people infected with the virus died.
Based on these numbers, the National Statistics Office last week estimated that one in 60 people has Covit-19.
In an effort to reduce the number of cases, the government wants to vaccinate children between the ages of 12 and 15 who are registering a high percentage of new cases of covid-19.
In Russia, the number is rising, with 997 deaths in the last day and 34,000 new Govt-19 cases registered.
“Moscow Times” reports that hospitals are under pressure to call on retired doctors to be vaccinated and return to work.
In Bucharest, Romania, the Govt-19 infection rate is 16 positive cases per 1,000 population. In many places police are conducting inspections due to the duty of digital certification such as markets or hypermarkets.
In Italy, the weekend was marked by protests against the new government move: the issuance of the Covit-19 digital certificate in the workplace is mandatory. Hundreds took to the streets in various cities. In Genoa, the port’s gate was blocked, and it took place in Trieste, an Italian city bordering Slovenia, where dock workers have been protesting since Friday.
