The state and municipalities hold on Saturday (16) the Victory Day of the national campaign for multiple vaccination, coordinated by the Ministry of Health, for children and adolescents aged 0 to 15 years.
The measure will provide 14 types of vaccines in all 16 municipalities. In the capital, Macapa, there will be 17 immunization points in the municipality and one in the Amapá government.
According to the state’s immunology coordinator, Andrea Marvaux, additional doses of all vaccines have been distributed throughout the state.
“Tomorrow, the 16th, is Victory Day for Immunization, the sixteen municipalities have already been given additional doses of vaccines, and we are sending an additional quota of each immunization worker that includes the calendar of children and adolescents, so that this can be done. Update brochures and improve vaccination coverage,” Andrea announced Marvaux.
To receive a vaccination agent, children and teens must be accompanied by their parents or guardians and present their identification document, immunization card, and SUS card.

The following immunizations will be available: DTP and pentavalent, BCG, MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) and chickenpox (SCRV), polio, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, yellow fever, human papillomavirus (HPV) Human rotavirus G1P1, Pneumo 10 Valiant, meningos C, and ACWY.
