Serginho worked for several years at TVI. In front and behind the cameras. He explains that he was never the target of bullying by the previous director…and reveals who the person who followed him on the channel was.
“Obviously I didn’t explain myself very well. The bullying I experienced on TVI was never part of Felipa Garnel’s part. The decision to leave was yes, but Philippa, despite leaving me, never treated me badly, but never,” explains Sérginho. He explains, “The bullying always came from the assistant who stayed there even when Philippa left there. And who still wanders there. That’s when the bullying starts until the day I left on November 21, 2020.” “Philippa is being judged unfairly, probably because I expressed myself poorly.”
And Serginho reveals the name of the person who “chased him”. “Speaking of Garnell’s name, I inadvertently brought attention to her…I think the best thing I can do is reveal the name of the true source of the bullying: Lourdes Guerrero.”
Who is Lourdes Guerreiro? She is the former director of production company Endemol and is currently part of the Cristina Ferreira team at TVI. It is, for many, the director’s right hand. Lord joined TVI by Garnel in February 2019 as director of national production. “He is someone who knows TVI very well and I am absolutely confident that he will help the station on a successful path,” Philippa Garnell said at the time.
Meanwhile Garnel was launched but Lurdes Guerreiro continued to broadcast on TVI. He is now a hard core member of Cristina Ferreira, along with Joao Patricio and André Manso. They are all part of the TVI trend.
