Lisbon as an alternative to Mexico City? For Forbes Advisor, who analyzed the costs of the most popular (or desirable) destinations in the summer season to compare them with visually similar places. The study yielded a list of the best alternatives – and the concern that we’re only talking about luxury travel.
To come up with the results, Forbes Advisor analyzed the average cost of staying in a luxury hotel, dining at the best restaurants, taxis, and activities. Thus, without including the trip, vacation in Mexico City will be about 500 euros cheaper than in the Portuguese capital, according to this study.
