Management and investments
In 2023, the administrative and investment skills related to the new primary health care units were transferred to the municipalities in the health sector, especially in their construction and equipment, as well as the skills of managing, maintaining and preserving facilities and equipment designated for primary health care.
Now, within the scope of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), the Investment Invitation Notice RE-C01-i01 – Primary Health Care, has been issued to rehabilitate or adapt buildings to increase energy efficiency, comply with emergency plans and/or ensure accessibility, safety and comfort for users and professionals. .
Another notification aims to construct new sanitary units/columns, with requirements at least 20% lower than the “almost zero energy building” (energy saving) standard, to replace unsuitable buildings.
In addition to the physical improvement of the buildings, the municipality will make an additional effort in terms of strengthening the human resources allocated to the health structures.
