On the company’s plans for the future, Abby Smith explained that the technology aspires to become a “platform that unifies communications,” with products available in EMEA and “others to be launched in the coming weeks, with the goal of creating an easy, secure and flexible hybrid workplace.”
Smith referred to Zoom Phone, the company’s cloud phone system, Zoom Rooms, the global “software”-based video conferencing system that runs in conference rooms and its cloud call center.
And in the particular case of the Zoom phone, he stressed that it has a “significant growth pattern” after its launch in the United Kingdom and other countries, such as France and Germany.
In terms of the agreements it maintains in the EMEA region, the technology company ensures that it has an ecosystem of 1,771 companies covering about 80% of the territory.
