After being admitted to hospital on May 16, after undergoing two surgeries, Toni Ramos gave his first interview.
The 75-year-old actor and his wife, Lidian, spoke to journalist Helder Duarte, on the program “Fantástico”, after Tony Ramos was released from the hospital last Friday morning, May 24.
During the interview, reported by KIM, Tony Ramos said he believed the pain he felt in his head could be related to his spine. In turn, the actor’s wife explained that she believes that her husband is suffering from the effects of the medication he was taking because of the pain.
“I went to check on him, and he was laying on the bed. He was outside,” Lydian said.
The actor admitted that he does not remember anything. “I don’t remember when the ambulance got here [a casa] And he took me,” he said, adding that he only remembers the moment he woke up in the hospital after the first surgery.
The doctor who performed the surgery on Tony Ramos explained that “he was in a superficial coma, but he was no longer responding, did not communicate, and did not open his eyes.” He also reassured the artist’s fans, friends and family. He stressed, “Everything will return. He is in great condition, and does not have any problems. He has fully recovered.”
During the interview, Tony Ramos announced himself to his wife. “She and I are one body.”
