Vanguard Properties’ new co-working space is integrated into the A’Tower residential complex, in Amoreiras, by Vector Mais, designed by architect Rita Pinto Ribeiro.
The 200 sqm shared office spread over two floors has been allocated to the new property development teams, providing a dynamic and mixed-use environment.
For José Cardoso Botelho, CEO of Vanguard Real Estate, this space “is very important because it will house three new business areas – procurement, contract management, Facilities management that it After sale. In the first phase, it will host a team of 12 experienced employees, and it is essential for us to provide a modern, comfortable, very well-located and technically advanced space. Vector Mais assured us, once again, that we could devote ourselves to our business knowing that within the agreed deadline, we would receive the facilities we needed, fulfilling the assigned task in full, within the budget and required quality.
Duarte Ayres, CEO of Vector Mais, reinforces this commitment between Vanguard Properties and the construction company. “Vector Mais is proud to build this co-working space at Vanguard Properties, creating an ‘outside the box’ work environment that perfectly matches the innovative spirit of the real estate developer.”
In the basement there are meeting rooms, a telephone booth and a cafeteria with a social area with a foosball table. On the upper floor, the majority of the area is dedicated to work islands, where two telephone booths and sofas for informal meetings are also installed. In terms of construction and finishes, the highlights of the project are the ceramic and porelle partitions and wooden partitions from the Portuguese company BAMER, as well as the metal-covered stairs and ceilings with art installations visible on the upper floor.
“The initial idea was to create an eclectic and premium space, reflecting the values of the Vanguard brand and where art appears as a complement that enhances the space,” says Rita Pinto Ribeiro, responsible for the project. “A workspace designed with the user, experience and well-being in mind.”
