aNegotiations between Paris Saint-Germain and Benfica over Joao Neves are nearing completion. According to the Sporting Zone portal, the two clubs have already reached an “agreement in principle”, indicating that the transfer will indeed take place.
The 19-year-old midfielder has been the target of interest from several European clubs, with Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United appearing to be the leading candidates to sign the young Portuguese this summer.
It is important to remember that Benfica, apparently, still do not waive the €120 million release clause for Joao Neves, and it remains to be seen whether the amount in question has been offered by PSG or whether the two teams have found a compromise.

Agreement in principle between Joao Neves and Paris Saint-Germain! 🇵🇹🤝
Paris has no right to pay the penalty clause, but it is being negotiated between Benfica.
The first offer was rejected, so negotiations will follow. https://t.co/qgsQavvDO7 pic.twitter.com/6BqT7fvt77
