Foz do Porto will receive an investment of €10 million in a new project in the field of luxury real estate, under the responsibility of the Epoca Group. In the Molhe 479 project, the cheapest house costs 3.5 million euros.
Molhe 479 is the result of an investment by Paços de Ferreira Group, through its subsidiary Rocha Investments, and consists of four T4 single-family homes with an area of more than 500 square meters and a contemporary architectural design.
One of the highlights is the suspended pool with panoramic sea views, covered in natural travertine and glass that marks the moment of the main entry into the homes.
“We are talking about a unique and exclusive experience in Porto. “The houses consist of 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, rooftop with pool with sea view, lounge, barbecue, 4 parking spaces with elevator, advanced home automation, men’s basement, wine cellar, gym, garden areas and terraces,” says Luis Rocha, CEO & Founder of Rocha Investments, the company promoting the project.
The cheapest house in this project has an area of 509 square meters and costs 3.525 million euros. In contrast, the most expensive house has an area of 519 square meters and is priced at 3.875 million euros.
The director also adds, “This development represents a unique opportunity for those looking for exclusive, high-quality housing in Porto. We are confident that it will set a new standard of luxury in the city and provide an exceptional lifestyle for its future residents.”
Construction begins this month and will last 24 months, and is expected to be completed at the end of the first half of 2026 with home sales already underway.
