The pandemic has prompted us all to readjust and reinvent ourselves in any field or sector with great focus and stress in the field of health, from which solutions were expected. I think the biggest challenge has been ensuring the safety of everyone, both employees and customers, at a time of so much uncertainty and in such a short time.
In terms of opportunities, it is worth highlighting the importance of transversal adoption of technology as a convergence tool, which, in our case, has allowed us, for example, to launch remote consulting in the midst of a pandemic. And so telemedicine seems like a huge opportunity for us to be able to care for more people, no matter where they are, with all the security and differentiation that defines us. As clients, we all now have the opportunity to speak to a healthcare professional without having to leave the house, which is a critical factor during an epidemic, but also very important in our daily lives, as there are many situations in which, despite the need for a medical evaluation, can be observed from a distance. without the need to travel to the hospital.
There is still much to develop in this area of telemedicine, but the leap made during the pandemic was, without doubt, an opportunity for health.
