CEulio Magalhães is one of Portugal’s greatest professional journalists, however, in order to achieve this recognition, the communicator had to make many sacrifices throughout his life.
Born in Porto, he spends his days mainly in Lisbon, where he works in the capital.
The journalist addressed the topic on the program “Dois à 10”, during an interview with Cristina Ferreira and Claudio Ramos.
“I’ve always lived in hotels, and I love hotels. Now, since I come every week, it’s harder to be in a hotel,” he said, noting that “you’re always alone.”
“Life here in Lisbon is different from life in Porto. In Porto we live more together, with friends. Here everything is so far away, the city is bigger. It’s not better or worse, it’s different.”He explains.
However, despite missing his family, Giulio admits: “I’m used to it. I’ve been doing this for 24 years.”
It is worth noting that Julio Magalhães will participate with Sara Pinto in the TVI Jornal program at lunchtime.
