Electronic Arts has announced that Season 2 of the EA Sports WRC racing game is about to begin. The game’s new content pack will be available to all players starting Thursday, December 14, and includes a number of improvements and content.
The highlight is undoubtedly the inaugural Central European Rally, with a route comprising over 32 kilometers of track and twelve stages. It will be available for all basic game modes with different weather conditions and seasonal climates. In addition to a series of gameplay improvements, starting December 19, this update marks the start of a new season of the Rally Pass, which offers players the opportunity to unlock up to 30 customization items across Free, VIP and EA Play tiers. In addition, 60 new Moments will be released to commemorate the history of the WRC and take on new daily challenges.
“Our vision with Central Europe is to challenge our players to push the limits of control and take calculated risks as they race through small towns, forests and open farmland. The addition of Central European Rally provides a thrilling gameplay experience with its wide roads and turns. And unique rural tracks,” said Matthew Pattison, Creative Director at Codemasters. . “This is just the beginning of a series of exciting updates we have planned for EA Sports WRC, and we look forward to sharing more in the coming months.”
