Campinas has been without confirmation of new cases of monkeypox for a week. The bulletin issued by the Ministry of Health on Monday, November 28, also indicates that 63 of the 93 patients in Campinas diagnosed with the disease have left isolation. Others are monitored on an outpatient basis, without risk and with good progression.
The patients, 86 men and seven women, ranged in age from 11 to 57 years.
Care for patients suspected of having the disease is available in health centers, emergency rooms, emergency rooms and in the reference center for STDs, HIV/AIDS and viral hepatitis.
