BRad Pitt bought the property from Cassandra Peterson in 1994 for around €1.5 million. A house that he held for almost 30 years, after which it was sold for around 36 million euros.
In a conversation with People, Cassandra Peterson — best known as Elvira in Elvira: Mistress of the Dark (Elvira – The Queen of Darkness) — said she became Pete’s longtime neighbor and revealed that her colleague had ended up with him. Allowing an elderly man to live in one of his homes for free.
Brad Pitt wanted to slowly expand the property he bought from Cassandra, having bought several houses adjacent to the land. “I think there were about 22 houses along the property line. And whenever they came by, he’d buy one,” the actress recalls.
One of these houses belonged to an elderly man in his early 90s, and Pete decided to make a deal with him. “It was very nice. Wife [do idoso] She died, and her husband, John, lived there. I know Brad let him live there without paying anything until he died,” Cassandra said. The old man ′′ lived to be 105 years old.
