It sounds like a lie, but it was true and it’s one of the stories of the moment.
On the morning of Game Five of the NBA Finals between the Golden State Warriors and the Boston Celtics, a Klay Thompson lookalike, of the Warriors, was able to enter the wing and run the fields for ten minutes without anyone suspecting that it wasn’t the real thing.
Just as YouTuber Dawson Gurley was leaving the suite he was contacted by an employee who asked him for his credentials (as well as the companion he was filming), and asked him to leave when the answer was negative.
Although there were no consequences that day, the truth is that Dawson Gurley later received a letter from the Warriors and learned that he was forever banned from the team’s home matches at Chase Center in San Francisco.
“I was denied entry to Chase Center after I went through five security barriers, no one asked for my ID and I was still bidding for ten minutes. Dawson Gurley asked on Twitter why should I be blocked when security is incompetent?
Now watch the video and then Dawson Gurley’s ‘posts’:
Here is the official message for my ban. pic.twitter.com/Ii9VTdWI0h

Forbidden BC, I passed five layers of security guards (who willingly let me pass security without asking for ID) and shot in the stadium for 10 minutes. I also spent 10k on tickets that were not refunded. Why should I be banned because their security is incompetent?
