Minister Nunes Marquez, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), decided today (14) to suspend the decision of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry (CPI) for the pandemic, which broke the telephone and telematic secrecy of the former Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In other decisions, STF ministers have maintained and also suspended breaches of confidentiality identified by the CPI. Decisions were taken by different ministers as operations were distributed electronically to each of the rapporteurs.
Earlier, Minister Luis Roberto Barroso stopped a breach of confidentiality by Camille Giaretta Sacchetti, former director of science and technology at the Ministry of Health, and Flavio Wernick, international relations adviser at the ministry.
This weekend, Ricardo Lewandowski and Alexandre de Moraes decided to maintain the confidentiality breaches of former ministers Eduardo Pazuelo, of the Health Ministry, Ernesto Araujo, of Foreign Affairs, and Health Secretary Mayra Pinheiro.
